Diagnosis Guarantee
Why should you pay a contractor if they can't locate the issue? That's why I guarantee to find the issue with your HVAC system or else the diagnostic fee is free.
No Surprise Pricing Gurantee
I guarantee no extra fees, including truck, eco, disposal, or admin charges, for installations or services. For quoted installations, I won’t add any surprise fees during or after the work.
My 90 Day No breakdown Guarantee is offered to all tune-ups. If your system has an issue within that time frame, I will waive the time it takes to diagnose the problem.
Warranty is 1 year parts and labour on repairs and 5 years for customers on bi annual maintenance plans.
New Installs generally have 10 or 12 year manufacturers warranty, depending on system.
Clean Worksite Guarantee
I guarantee to always place floor, furniture and boot coverings to prevent any damage to your space. Additionally, I assure a thorough cleanup following work or else I promise to send in professional cleaners for your inconvenience.
Temperature Gurantee
​For new HVAC installs. I promise to achieve the desired temperature in the space as stated to a variance of plus or minus 3 degrees or else I will change out the system at no charge.
If you find a competing offer for install with similar quality and guarantees, I promise to price match it and beat it by $250. All I ask is the comparison be "Apples to Apples"
Your time is important and I want to respect that. That's why I promise to arrive within the scheduled arrival window, or your diagnostic fee is FREE!

After 23 years in the trades across Western Canada, holding Red Seal certifications in Refrigeration and Electrical, plus a GAS B from Technical Safety BC, I couldn't resist turning my love for this work into something more. From commercial/residential builds to HVAC/R and electrical service—including supermarket systems, building controls, and energy management—I've got the know-how, state-of-the-art tools, and a genuine drive to give back to our community.
